"Restricted"

This sometimes happens for the apps that have registered an action connected to their domain, like opening their app is you have it installed instead of their website (e.g, various social media sites). Sadly there is little our app can do here. Check that the main app is not locked, and if it is, unlock it. That fixes the issue in 99 % of the cases.
